Safeguarding

Safeguarding is to protect vulnerable individuals, especially children, our youth and adults and provide them an environment where they can live free from abuse, harm and neglect.

St. Mark Mission, London is committed to keep our community, especially children and vulnerable adults safe and free from harm and work towards this with the Syro-Malabar Eparchy of Great Britain

All our volunteers and parishioners, working with children and vulnerable youth and adults are DBS checked (an initiative from the diocese). The parish strictly adheres to this policy.

All parishioners, who are willing to join the group, are required to fill and submit the DBS check forms and obtain necessary clearance before joining.
